Harry Davis Auctions offer buyers an unprecedented assemblage of motivated sellers. Each auction sale will feature properties, many on an absolute basis. The benefit for agents is substantial: Allow your buyers to set the price, and experience a non-contingent closing in only 45 days!

We welcome broker participation in all of our Auctions. Brokers will be compensated based on the following commission plans.

BUYER REPRESENTATION

Up to a 2% commission will be paid to any properly licensed real estate broker who submits the necessary paperwork for a bidding client at least 48 hours prior to auction and whose client is thesuccessful purchaser of the property.  This client must close on the property and must pay the total contract price for the property.
